The H stood for "Heavy."



In Birmingham, you had only three places at which to say "Hello, Hello" to Burger Chef and Jeff.  Around here, most people either felt they "deserved a break" or, more likely, went "back, back back." 

Meanwhile, Burger Chef had a more "incrediburgible" presence in the northernmost sections of Alabama, which might explain the Cullman location.
