News item: Strange time-travel apparatus appears in Montgomery.  A 40-something dark-haired man gets out, and then walks into the Department of Revenue office.  After some negotiation between officials and this gentleman, it is agreed that Madison County should rightfully be assigned a single-digit number instead of 47.  Autauga County tags will now display 5, Baldwin 6, Barbour 7 ... and so on.
