This was 20th Century Fox's response to 
The Wizard of Oz. It melted like a witch in water.
(RIGHT) This tower would be short-lived; just a few years later, WSGN would again move its antenna location to behind the Ala. State Fairgrounds, setting up a two-tower array, which is still in use for the current occupant at AM 610 today.














I never understood the meaning behind the phrase "Now you've messed in your Post Toasties."  My Mom used to say that all the time, but whatever it meant - I knew what followed was a most untasty fate.
